Billing Policy


The following Terms of Use constitute Hostlx Billing Policy and apply to All Hostlx customers:

Payment

Hostlx current Default currency is US Dollars. Hostlx also accepts payment in UK Pound, Euro, Australian Dollar through Paypal and Alertpay. Indian customers can pay  online in Indian Rupees though Alertpay via Credit Card or offline through Bank Transfer/Cheque or Demand Draft for using Hostlx Services.

Prices shown in currency  other than US Dollar are based on conversion rate fixed by Hostlx, and are updated once daily to match the current exchange rate.

Hostlx accepts the following modes of payment:
1. Paypal 2. Alertpay
3. Bank Transfer* 4. Cheque*
5. Demand Draft*    
      * For Indian Customers Only. Use Payment option as Bank Transfer, and follow instructions available during signup.
       

All payments are due on the Account Statement Date. The Account Statement Date is the monthly anniversary of the date the account was activated. Recurring charges will be posted to your Paypal/Alertpay until such time that you cancel your account in accordance with Hostlx Billing Policy in the TOU. You are responsible for directly updating, or notifying Hostlx, of any changes to your paypal/alertpay e-mail address (including, but not limited to card number, expiration date, billing address, or card status). If you are paying with cheque/DD/Direct Bank Transfer it will be your responsibility to make sure that we receive your payment on time to avoid Account Suspension

Accounts that are three (3) days past due will be automatically suspended, and will be deleted automatically after fifteen (15) days past due. Once account is deleted, it cannot be restored and Hostlx will not take any responsiblity for loss of file due to account deletion. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.

 
Account Renewals
 
In order to ensure uninterrupted service to your website, all plans will automatically renew at the end of the plan's Billing Cycle. Plan renewal charges are based on the prevailing rate on the date of renewal according to the service selected. Plans are renewed for the same billing cycle. If you wish to cancel your plan before plan renewal, please contact billing department with a request for cancellation. Cancellation requests for hosting accounts after accounts have automatically renewed are eligible for refunds only within the first 5 days following the renewal date but a late cancellation fee of $2.5 shall be charged.
 
Important Notice
 
Incase You fail to renew your primary domain name or want to discontinue current usage of domain linked to your account and want to change your primary domain name you will need to open a ticket with request for change in primary domain name. You will not be able to use Hostlx Service if your primary domain name expires unless you inform us.
 
Statements
 
Hostlx does not mail paper invoices or statements. You will receive all your invoices to your primary e-mail address as available in our records. You can also view your invoices available in your client area
 
Credit Card Disputes/Chargebacks
 
Hostlx has a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment is subject to a fine, suspension and account termination at Hostlx discretion. A charge of $25.00 per chargeback will be assessed to all accounts that receive a chargeback.
 

Billing/Price Changes

Hostlx policies and prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes become effective in the next billing cycle.
